Denise Uhl Jenkins Workshop: Stewards of Children and Strengthening Families: Two Best Practices in Child Abuse Prevention Denise Uhl Jenkins is the Prevention Specialist at CARE House, the child advocacy center in Dayton. She administrates, facilitates and promotes its child abuse prevention program that includes the Stewards of Children. Through an Ohio Children’s Trust Fund grant, Denise manages AN OHIO INITIATIVE: CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE PREVENTION that disseminates the Stewards of Children through nearly 20 children’s advocacy centers located throughout the state. She is an Authorized Facilitator Workshop Instructor having trained over 125 Stewards of Children facilitators across the country. |
