Ms. Wood has been on the faculty of the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences; Case Western Reserve University for over ten years. She is an Instructor and Director of Field Education. Her areas of research, practice and teaching expertise are in child welfare specifically in neglect and adoption. Ms. Wood has developed & presented materials on child neglect nationally. Her focus is on helping communities understand the long term and serious consequences of neglect and the need to work collaboratively to both prevent and treat it. |
