Youth Engagement Strategies for Preventing Teen Dating Violence

This workshop will engage participants through an interactive presentation to consider the body of knowledge we have about teen dating violence and assess effective youth engagement strategies with a view to designing youth informed, youth led prevention programming. This dialogue will be structured to provide an opportunity for participants to make sense of conflicting data on teen dating violence with tips for being a critical consumer of research, as well as concrete ideas for challenging adultism and being an ally to youth.
